We are very happy with and confident in the DaVinci Teeth Whitening System that we use for whitening our clients teeth. That's why we guarantee that your shade will improve in the first 20 minutes. If after your first 20 minutes, your teeth are not two shades brighter, you will not be charged for your appointment. If you have prepaid, then your method of payment will be reimbursed.
Teeth Whitening Products
On all DaVinci products we offer a 15-day money back guarantee. If you do not see results after using this product, contact us and we will refund your purchase.
Suggestion: All teeth whitening kits come with a shade chart so you can determine the current shade of your teeth. This makes it much easier to see the results with each application.
Self Tanning Products
We think that you love our products as much as we do, but if that's not the case...
Most products are valid for return or exchange within 15 days from the day you receive your products via delivery confirmation date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, your order is outside our return policy date and are no longer eligible for return.
Terms of Purchase
When completing an order via our website or by phone, you at this moment agree to the following terms:
All returns maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused since we cannot resell an item as a new product once it is shipped.
Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products, and return labels are not available. Customer will provide or purchase their shipping label.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. To be eligible for a replacement or refund: Bottles must contain a protective seal on the top of the bottle without any tampering of any sort and Bottles must be undamaged and in a “resell” condition. The restock fee will still apply.
If you return an item that was shipped with “free shipping,” the original shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund.
We personally fill every order that we ship, thus we apologize if we forgot something. If this happens, please email us with your information, receipt, and a picture of the items that you did receive. In the event we made a mistake, we will mail out your missing product using expedited shipping at no cost to you.
Ingredients are listed under the product description for each item. Please read the contents carefully if you have any allergies. When trying a new Sunless product for the first time, we always suggest doing a patch test 24 hours prior to use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Although all the products we sell at Sunless Solutions are all-natural, there is a possibility that they may cause an allergic reaction. In this event, discontinue use immediately and contact us with a description of the reaction and a picture so we can look for a solution.
Issues must be reported within 15 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
