Free Pick-up / Delivery
If you live in Mandeville, Covington or the surrounding area, you may opt for free delivery or pick-up from our Mandeville office. Please contact us to set up a delivery or pick-up time. Pick-up times must be scheduled with the office – for the safety and privacy of our clients, unscheduled pick-ups are not permitted.
Processing and Shipping
The cost for shipping your products is automatically calculated based on your order and the USPS shipping rate. Orders totaling $150+ will not be charged shipping.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 3 PM PST via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. UPS may be used under special circumstances. We make every effort to process your order the same day it is received, but please allow a 1-2-day processing time before shipment. This include business days only; weekends and holidays will not be considered a processing day.
The first shipping day is considered the following business day from when your order is assigned a tracking number. Meaning, if your order was received, packaged, and assigned a tracking number on Thursday and estimates a 2-day ship time, the first day will begin on Friday. You will most likely receive your order Monday or Tuesday at the latest of the following week.
Couriers do not view Saturday and Sunday as “shipping days”. Therefore, if your order placed on a Monday has an estimated “5 business day” delivery time, your package will most likely be there the following week on Monday or Tuesday. They will count the following business day as the 1st day of transit, not the day before when they pick up the package. They do NOT consider the day your order was placed as a shipping day.
Most products are valid for return or exchange within 15 days from the day you receive your products via delivery confirmation date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, your order is outside our return policy date and are no longer eligible for return. This 15-Day return policy includes assistance with Lost or Stolen Packages.

Tracking My Package
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track. This link will take you to the USPS website. Here you will have the option to sign up for automatic tracking updates and add any additional delivery instructions. Sometimes it takes 1-2 days for your order to show in the tracking system once it is processed. If you are still having trouble after this grace period, please contact us via phone or email and we will investigate for you.
Changing / Canceling an Order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately! If we have not processed your order yet, then it can be cancelled or changed. However, to ensure that our customers get their items as quickly as possible, we try to process the orders ASAP. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, you cannot change or cancel an order. Please look to our Return policy for more information.
Please Note: the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been placed. You can contact USPS and attempt to get the address changed however, if the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Sunless Solutions LLC will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.
